Returns Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
If on the rare occasion your item is faulty or broken please email us at info@palettedecor.co.nz within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will replace your item or if no longer available we will refund you or provide a store credit.
Larger furniture items are subject to manufacture warranties. Inquire within for details.
Any shipping costs will be covered by Palette for faulty items.
Returns
If you have had a change of mind please let us know within 14 days. We will arrange an exchange or store credit.
Items must have original tags and/or packaging to be eligible for a return.
If you are sending an item back for a return we recommend using a tracking service as Palette will not be responsible for any lost items.
Restrictions on Returns
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following items. Flooring, tiles, tinted paint, window coverings or any sale items so please choose wisely.
